This workshop focuses on the use of movement with elements of traditional dances from the Black Diaspora and the activation of the body’s own energy centres. The balance of body, mind and emotions will be explored and nurtured.
The voice as an extension of the body and breathing are also part of the method developed by Gaya Dandara. The course is an invitation to anyone who wishes to support the activation of the body and breathing as a means of maintaining balance.
