THEATERHAUS BERLIN

25.-29.09.24

In this third edition of the Kuyum Dance Platform 2023, we are working hard to improve accessibility. To do this, we rely on your feedback. Please feel free to contact us at workshops@kuyumarts.de. We welcome your questions and suggestions!

The program of the Kuyum Dance Platform 2023 consists of 17 performances, 10 of which will be accompanied by audio description: Wireless headphones will be used to describe what is happening on stage during the performance. More information on our program.

This gives blind people and people with visual impairments access to the visual elements of a play: movements, gestures, facial expressions, stage design, costumes, and props, among other things, are described. Seats for the performances with audio descriptions are limited. For more information and to register, contact workshops@kuyumarts.de, 0157-383 96 496

If required, we offer a pick-up service on foot for blind and visually impaired persons from the underground station Märkisches Museum. 0157-383 96 496

The audio description will be provided by Imke Baumann and the authors Charlotte Miggel, Jutta Polić, Silja Korn, Martina Reuter, and Swantje Henke.

We would like to thank the Berliner Spielplan Audiodeskription for their support.
