Services and accessibility

In this fourth edition of the Kuyum Dance Platform, we are working hard to improve accessibility. We are open to your feedback. Please feel free to contact us at workshops@kuyumarts.de. We look forward to your questions and suggestions!

The Kuyum Dance Platform program consists of 15 performances, 5 of which are accompanied by audio description: Wireless headphones are used to describe what is happening on stage during the performance. More information on our program.

This is to enable the blind and people with visual impairments to access the visual elements of a play: movements, gestures, facial expressions, stage design, costumes, and props are described. Seats for performances with audio descriptions are limited. For further information and to register, please contact

 info@kuyumarts.de. / 0157-383 96 496

If required, we offer a pick-up service on foot for blind and visually impaired people from the Märkisches Museum subway station.

Please call 0157-383 96 496.

The audio description is provided by the authors Imke Baumann, Charlotte Miggel, Jutta Polić, Silja Korn, Lena Michaelis, Alex Piasente-Szymanski and Swantje Henke.
