Florent Sidnoma Nikiéma, born in 1982, is a dancer, performer, pedagogue and teacher from Burkina Faso. He is the artistic director of the FARAFINA BALLET THEATRE. In 2009, he enrolled and trained for three years at Irène Tassembedo’s International Dance School, graduating with a state diploma. Numerous other training courses and internships in Africa and France with renowned choreographers such as Salia Sanou, Seydou Boro, Laurence Levasseur, Irène Tassembedo, Germaine Acogny, Régine Chopinot, Angélin Preliocaj, Serge Aimé Coulibaly and Patrick Acogny. Many of her own works and numerous artistic collaborations, including her participation in the revival of Pina Bausch’s “Le Sacre du printemps”.
