Sarah Naa Ayeley introduces African dance movements inspired by dances from West African countries such as Ghana, Senegal, Guinea and Gambia. Based on the positive spirit of African movement as well as various movements from the Diaspora, the workshop enthusiastically promotes healthy self-confidence and creates feelings of happiness.
