Katharina Sophia Lorenz, born in 1993, grew up in Freiburg i.Br.. From an early age she was interested in dance, theater and art in general.

She is a contemporary dancer, choreographer and dance teacher based in Berlin. Her artistic work is inspired by personal experiences as well as current social and political issues, which she approaches from a feminist perspective. She combines these areas with the exploration of physical boundaries and borderline experiences. Her creative approach aims to combine different art forms, develop new forms of expression and push aesthetic boundaries.

Currently she is in training to become a potential development coach and works under the artistic direction of Felix Dompreh for the Kuyum Dance Platform.
